Hone your senses.

Learn to look…I mean LOOK…deeply. With your entire body, mind’s eye, Spirit.

  • Look deeply, with your eyes.

  • Listen openly, with your ears, your soul.

  • Smell, with eyes closed, nose fully engaged.

  • Taste with every single tastebud. Pause. Let each morsel sing to you.

  • Touch, with gentle hands, with great care…hugging, holding, harnessing that which you desire…love.

Weekend Looking

A cross left on the path by Mother Nature herself. Flowering of spring. Random words, life out in the world. Nibbling little squirrel.
  • Spiritual guidance laid before you on your path. Bright colors of spring. The neon of a city. Nature in full, hungry bloom.

  • Describe what you see here before you…in photos or out your window.

  • Tell how you want your day to unfold, your night to caress you while you drift to sleep.

Monday

One clear, fresh night at home. Viewing a lightening storm in the distance from the dock with my little lady…turning to see the Moon, the stars.
  • What do you see when you go outside at night?

  • Describe the Moon, the Stars, the Sky, the air that touches your skin and fuels your body with life.

Tuesday

A morning walk. The rabbits of spring. The rocks of serenity, solitude, surrender.
  • What tales of spring do you have to tell?

  • Describe the abundance that surrounds you in this fresh and fertile season.

  • What are you looking forward to today…this spring?

Wednesday

Toast with Kerry Gold unsalted butter is my favorite for breakfast. The crunch of the crust through the buttery softness is a delight. 🍞
  • When you eat today, a meal or snack, give the food your full attention.

  • Observe each morsel. Chew mindfully.

  • What do you notice about the food that has given you nourishment?

Thursday

  • What surprises you today?

  • Be open to noticing the unexpected.

Friday

  • Where will you go today?

  • Describe the paths your feet take and how they move you closer towards the desires held in your heart.

Open your senses…

  • What do you see?

  • What comes into your awareness when your senses are wide open?

  • Where will your heart take you today?

  • What will you create today, this week?

  • Whom will you love fully?
